In movies, in TV and in comic books. The things which excite me the most is not the stories but the excitement it brings to children. Human Being are the only species who have been blessed with Sixth sense. We can train our mind and decide how we want to be. We have the option to become an Optimist, Pessimist or Opportunist person. I strongly believe that being Optimist is the right way to approach life. Today’s life is full of uncertainty. We don’t know what is coming our way the next moment. In India we have seen all natural calamities. We have seen the Bhuj earthquake which shook the lives of thousands. We have seen Tsunami which took away a lot of lives. We have also seen Kedarnath and Kashmir being washed away by flash flood. Even after all these life continues. Even people who suffered in these situations have started to look ahead. Yummy and healthy homemade coconut cookies

Well why to buy cookies at premium price when you can make yummy and healthy cookie at home. All you need is some basic ingredients, a grill toaster and a beautiful Borosil glassware to serve. Take 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup of grated coconut, ½ cup of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoon of Vanilla essence, 1 cup of butter/oil, 4 table spoon of milk, 1 table spoon of Badam, Pista and Cashew.  Now Heat the coconut in a tawa till it turns to golden brown colour. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes. Mix all the above ingredients and make a smooth dough. (like you do for a chapathi mix) Make a round shape cookie in your palm and place in the grill oven for 8 minutes. Once done allow it to cool and your tasty mouthwatering cookie is ready. Now your cookie is ready to serve and make a happy family. Do try on a weekend evening and wnjoy some happy faces. My wife did this a few wee ks ago and trust me it was wonderful to have some hot cookies with a cup of tea....
