There was a time when you travel in a public transport you would see most of the people talking on their cell phones. But today most of them are using a smartphone. So you might ask what the difference is. Well during the days of cellphone a person would only talk on the cell phone or send an SMS. Apart from that you will not see him do any other thing. But today people do so much on a smart phone. They chat, browse, pay bills etc. using their smart phone. Airtel provides an application which helps you manage your time efficiently. In old days we used to visit the Airtel store and wait in queue for any of our requests. Whether it is paying a bill for yourself or your family members, or getting a new number or adding a package to the existing plan or changing the plan, for each of the request we had to visit the store. Another option is to call the contact center and wait for minutes on the IVR or talk to a customer service executive and place your request. But things have changed
